Since moving to Virginia Beach from Northern Virginia over 6 years ago to partner with my son, Eli Miller, and EXIT Realty Professionals, I have been using my extensive expertise and industry knowledge to provide Solutions to my Clients’ Real Estate needs. As a Professional Property Manager and member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, I utilize upgraded Marketing strategies, cash flow and income analysis, and the most recent industry updates and knowledge to protect my Clients Investment. Managing a portfolio of over 60 properties in Coastal Virginia including Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth and Norfolk I can provide my clients with real estate guidance and information on the state of the market and market values, rent values, vacancy factors, and the landlord tenant laws for your city as well as the state and federal governments.

Prior to becoming a Realtor and Residential Property Manager, I spent over 30 years in Operations and Sales management gaining experience highly beneficial in aiding my ability to serve my clients. As a Director of Operations for a leading Department Store chain, I was responsible for directing and coordinating all facets of operations administration, financial activities, and logistics with full profit center responsibility in varied locations with annual sales up to $170 million. While VP of Operations with Macys Department Stores I directed building services for 92 facilities encompassing 21 million square feet. I developed specifications, solicited bids, selected vendors and negotiated contracts for these facilities. While overseeing maintenance, construction, renovations, and space utilization projects I planned and managed a $13.4 million facility reorganization project and completed new facility construction and opening projects exceeding $60 million.

When I am not busy serving my clients, I can be found enjoying spending time with family including my wife, two adult children and two grandkids or pursuing favored activities such as fishing and gardening.
